| Why should I choose a Hawkeye Spa?
Hawkeye Spas are designed for the pleasure and benefit
of your entire family. We focus specifically on seating
arrangements that can ergonomically accommodate people
of various shapes and sizes.
The result is a personalized hot tub that can be enjoyed
by virtually anyone. In addition, our warranty and support
services are among the best in the industry.
When shopping for a spa, we recommend that you entertain
several possibilities before settling on one particular
model. Be sure to discuss your options with our qualified
sales representatives to help you in the decision.
What is covered under your warranty?
Every Hawkeye Spa is backed by a comprehensive warranty,
covering 12 years on the spa structure, 3 years of replacement
parts and 1 year of labor charges. This warranty is
honored by both Hawkeye Spas and the authorized dealer
from whom you purchased the unit.
Whom should I contact for general/warranty
service on
my spa?
We recommend that you first contact your local dealer
should you require assistance with your spa. This is
generally the fastest way to resolve a problem. If for
some reason you cannot contact your dealer, you can
email our service department at service@hawkeyespas.com.
Do you sell factory direct?
No, we do not sell our spas direct to the consumer.
Rather, we rely on
a meticulously selected network of dealers to market
our products. By purchasing a Hawkeye Spa from an authorized
dealer in your area, you’ll benefit from a trained
delivery and installation team, as well as a local service
and support outlet which could prove invaluable in the
future.

Who should I contact for replacement parts?
Parts for your Hawkeye Spa can be purchased directly
from our parts department at parts@hawkeyespas.com.
Be sure to include your spa’s model name and serial
number when emailing. If you cannot locate this information,
a digital picture of the spa and/or requested parts
is often helpful.
How long will it take to receive my spa?
The time between purchase and delivery of your Hawkeye
spa will vary by circumstance. If your dealer has the
item in stock, it may only be a few days before the
delivery is made. However, if your spa is a custom order
you should allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery
time.
How much will it cost to run a Hawkeye Spa?
Electrical costs to run a spa will fluctuate based on
ambient temperature and usage. Generally, we estimate
the cost of running a Hawkeye spa to be about $1 per
day. Since our spas are well insulated, the largest
electrical cost is usually attributable to running the
pumps, not the heater.
Are Hawkeye Spas difficult to maintain?
Maintaining a Hawkeye Spa is a simple task that should
take no longer than 10-15 minutes a week. You will need
to check the water chemistry at least once per week,
and generally before you use the spa. We also recommend
that you clean the filters with a garden hose every
two weeks.
What will I need to install a Hawkeye Spa?
Hawkeye Spas require a dedicated 220V service that will
need to be installed by a licensed electrician. (The
Genesis and Gemini models can be run at 120V.) Additionally,
the spa needs a flat, level surface to rest upon.
Is my deck strong enough to hold a spa when
full?
You should contact a local contractor to ascertain the
strength of you deck. To calculate the total weight
of the spa when full, use this formula:
Spa Dry Weight + (Total Water Capacity x 8.34) = Total
weight when full
