The hot tub arrived here yesterday and the guys from the delivery company were great. I hired them to move the spa into place for me and they did an awesome job. I will have the wire hooked up this weekend and can't wait to check out that waterfall and lights. Anyhow, thanks again for the great deal, I will gladly recommend you guys to all of my friends.

Dear Hawkeye Spas,
We just received our spa two weeks ago and we love it. I want to thank you for taking the time to talk to my electrician the day he hooked it up. He was really concerned that there was an issue but soon to be embarrassed that he had that gfi thing hooked up improperly. With a little patience and your technical guidance he was able to correct the problem and get our hot tub working for a very special little girl and her surprise party friends. Again, another reason to buy it right from the factory I guess. Anyway, thanks for all of your help and we look forward to using our spa for many many years.
